Abstract
The key objective of a startup is to be one's own boss and to generate job opportunities for younger generations of the society. The startup is the company those are more on innovative, strategic, development, opportunistic, futuristic for the target segment and much more result oriented. A large population with a significant number of middle-income people, educated young with technical background, IT domain professionals and other young professional and high internet and mobile penetration are just a few value addition factors that have created more opportunities for the startup revolution to expand across the country. Many entrepreneurs have entered the fray as a result of the government's "Make-in-India" flagship initiatives. Starting a new business requires a well-thought-out plan and disciplined processes that considers both internal and external elements that may affect the venture's long-term viability and sustainability in the future. Before going on the journey, it is critical to have a comprehensive understanding of the startup concept, strong business plan, innovative ideas, customer trend, forecasting and financial assistance avenues. It has also been seen during the pandemic that, few startups have struggled a lot, mainly from the hospitality industry like Travel, hotels and restaurant business owners. But on the other side there are few startup companies that have turned to new opportunities in the business and kept the momentum going on, like logistic companies, essential grocery firms, health, immunity and chemist firms and social networking platforms mainly Yoga /meditation company and online education platforms. Finally Start -ups raise $8b in 5 months. The paper analyses some of the key concerns and challenges of a startup in India has, as well as opportunities for further economic growth and other development of the country through the entire ecosystem.
