Abstract

Yoga has been linked by certain studies to increased health benefits. There is evidence that yoga can assist with things like stress, mental health, weight loss, and smoking cessation. There is also some suggestion that yoga might aid with some health issues. Pain and menopausal symptoms may be alleviated with the aid of yoga. All three of these qualities benefit from the practice of yoga. Holding a position can help improve strength, while slow, deep motions help boost blood flow and warm up muscles. Fifty female athletes were chosen for the study. The 50 participants were split evenly between an experimental (Group-1) and control (Group-2) group of 25 each. Certain criteria factors, such as muscular strength and balance, were evaluated in the individuals. The Yogasanas instruction lasted for eight weeks, and before and after tests were done at the beginning and end of the program. The means of Group-1 and Group-2 tests were compared using the t-ratio statistical approach. There was a statistically significant distinction between Group-1 and Group-2 on several measures, as demonstrated by the current study.
